For part 2 of Susan and Jonathan’s San Juan Capistrano engagement, we hopped over to the nearby Riley Wilderness Park to catch the sun setting. If you are looking for that rolling hills, golden-field-of-wonder look that is so very California, but kind of hard to find in Orange County, this is THE place! The last light of the day was just gorgeous and this is definitely one of our favorite engagement sessions to date. And note to brides: you should absolutely wear a long flowing dress for your engagement session! Having some movement and fabric to play with is wonderful for photography. And how cute are their rustic marquee letters?!
Photographed on a mix of Portra 400 and Fuji 400h with a Contax 645.
